• Tournament Rules and Regulations By participating in any poker tournament on the AceArena website, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing such tournament. These rules and regulations may be posted on the AceArena website or provided to you in advance of the tournament. AceArena reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any tournament rules and regulations at any time, and your continued participation in any tournament constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
• Payment and Refunds To participate in a poker tournament on the AceArena website, you may be required to pay an entry fee. All entry fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Use. If a tournament is cancelled for any reason, AceArena will refund the entry fees paid by participants in such tournament. If you are disqualified from a tournament for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Use or the tournament rules and regulations, you will not be entitled to a refund of your entry fee.
• Taxes You are responsible for any taxes, including but not limited to income taxes, that may be applicable to any prizes or winnings you receive as a result of your participation in a poker tournament on the AceArena website. AceArena will not be responsible for any taxes, penalties, or interest that may be imposed on you as a result of your participation in a tournament.
• Third-Party Links and Content The AceArena website may contain links to third-party websites or content that is not owned or controlled by AceArena. AceArena has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or content. You acknowledge and agree that AceArena shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party websites or content.
• Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AceArena, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the AceArena website, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
